Partner programme · For UCaaS, CPaaS and telecom infrastructure providers
Turn your platform into an AI-native platform.
Add AI agents, an AI receptionist and an agentic contact centre to the voice and UC services you already sell. Under your brand, for every tenant on your platform, without rebuilding your communications stack.
- White-label
- Multi-tenant
- Usage-based or revenue share
- No rebuild of your stack
Who it's for
Built for the platforms that carry business voice.
Your customers are asking for AI. Our partner programme lets you offer it as your own service, on the infrastructure you already run.
UCaaS and cloud PBX platforms
Give every business on your platform an AI receptionist, missed-call recovery and AI agents that work alongside their existing extensions, hunt groups and queues.
CPaaS and programmable voice
Offer production-ready AI voice and messaging agents to your developers and enterprise accounts, without building speech, LLM orchestration and guardrails yourself.
Telecom infrastructure and operators
Embed AI behind the SBC through the call controller, SIP trunks, IMS or SIPREC, and launch AI services for business and mobile customers.

What you can sell
AI services your customers already understand.
Proven in production with paying customers, including more than 260 dental practices. Packaged so your channel can sell outcomes: calls answered, appointments booked, enquiries recovered.
- 01
AI receptionist
Answers every call 24/7, books appointments, takes messages and transfers to the right person or team.
- 02
Missed-call recovery
Calls back or follows up on WhatsApp or SMS when a call is missed, so no enquiry is lost.
- 03
Agentic contact centre
AI agents and human agents on one platform, from 2 seats to 1,000+, across voice, WhatsApp, SMS, email, web chat and social.
- 04
Call intelligence
Transcription, summaries, intent and sentiment on every call, with insight your customers can act on.
- 05
Self-populating CRM
Contacts, conversations and opportunities captured automatically, or synced to Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics.
- 06
Vertical packs
Ready-made agents and integrations for dental, healthcare, retail and other sectors, so your channel can sell outcomes, not features.
White-label provisioning
Your brand. Your customers. Your price book.
We stay behind the scenes. You launch AI services as your own product and keep the relationship with every customer.
Your brand, end to end
Your name, logo, colours and domain on the customer-facing experience. Your customers buy an AI service from you.
You own the customer
The billing relationship, the account and the roadmap conversation stay with you.
Packaged to sell
Productised bundles with clear inclusions, ready to add to your price book and your sales team's existing motion.
Launch support
Sales enablement, demo environments, product training and launch collateral for your channel.
Multi-tenancy
One platform, every customer kept separate.
Built for platforms with thousands of business customers, with the isolation, metering and controls a carrier-grade service needs.
Tenant isolation
Each customer's data, configuration, agents and knowledge are separated from every other tenant.
Partner hierarchy
Manage tenants under your partner account, with room for resellers and multi-site customers beneath them.
Per-tenant metering
Usage tracked per tenant for your own billing and reporting.
Data residency
Cloud, sovereign or on-premise deployment, with hosting in the regions your customers need.
Role-based access
Separate access for your operations team, your resellers and your end customers.
Fail-open by design
If AI is unavailable, calls continue on the normal path. Your core service is never put at risk.
Integration
Connect at the layer that suits your platform.
Network configuration, not a development project. Only the numbers, queues or trunks you choose reach AI, and sizing follows that subset.
- 1
SIP interconnect
Route AI-enabled numbers or queues to the platform over a SIP trunk. The fastest way to launch.
- 2
Call controller rule
Steer selected numbers, trunks or identities to AI. Everything else stays exactly as it is.
- 3
SIPREC listen-only
Start with call intelligence on a fork of the media, with no change to call routing.
- 4
In-network with AI Edge
For operators: behind the SBC, in the IMS trust domain, with header transparency.
Commercial models
A model that fits how you already sell.
We agree the model with you in the architecture workshop. Many partners start on revenue share to launch quickly, then move to wholesale or a platform licence as volumes grow.
Wholesale
Best for
Partners who want to set their own retail price
How it works
Usage-based wholesale pricing per AI minute, agent or seat. You package and price for your market.
Revenue share
Best for
Partners who want to launch quickly with low upfront cost
How it works
We share the recurring revenue from the AI services your customers buy. Aligned incentives from day one.
Platform licence
Best for
Larger platforms embedding AI across their whole base
How it works
An annual licence sized to concurrency or volume, for predictable cost at scale.
Referral and co-sell
Best for
Partners with enterprise accounts that need a tailored deployment
How it works
We work the deal together and deliver with you. Suited to contact centre, healthcare and banking projects.
Size the opportunity
What could AI add to your platform?
Adjust the numbers to your own customer base and pricing. We'll build a full business case with you in the architecture workshop.
- AI customers
- 1,000
- Monthly retail revenue
- £100,000
- Annual retail revenue
- £1,200,000
Illustrative gross retail revenue only, based on the figures you enter. It is before wholesale fees, AI usage, telephony, support and other costs, and is not a forecast or a statement of partner margins.
How we start
From architecture workshop to commercial launch.
A low-risk path that proves the integration and the economics before you put AI in your price book.

- 2
Lab integration
Connect a test environment over SIP and validate routing, media, failover and call flows end to end.
- 3
Friendly-user pilot
A small set of real customers on your platform, measured against outcomes agreed up front.
- 4
Commercial launch
Packaged services in your price book, with sales enablement and launch support for your channel.
FAQ
Questions partners ask us.
Do we need to change our core platform?
No. Most partners start with a SIP interconnect and a routing rule for the numbers or queues that should reach AI. Everything else stays as it is, and calls fail open to the normal path if AI is unavailable.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You do. In a white-label model the service carries your brand, and the account and billing relationship stay with you.
How is it priced?
Wholesale usage pricing, revenue share, an annual platform licence, or referral and co-sell. We agree the model in the architecture workshop, based on how you sell and how fast you want to launch.
Where is customer data hosted?
Deployment can be cloud, sovereign or on-premise, in the regions your customers need. Each tenant's data is isolated from every other tenant.
What happens in the architecture workshop?
Our telecom and platform architects work through your network and platform with your team, pick the integration point and tenancy model, shortlist the first services to launch and outline a lab and pilot plan.
Let's design your AI service together.
Book an architecture workshop with our telecom and platform team. You'll leave with an integration design, a tenancy model, the first services to launch and a commercial model to take to your business case.
