Operator-grade AI, inside your network.

Deploy and operate real-time AI within controlled network environments — so telecom operators and service providers turn network intelligence into new services and revenue.

  • Real-time voice intelligence
  • SBC · IMS · PBX

Network integration

Four ways into your network. Start with the lightest.

AI Edge connects behind the SBC, inside your IMS trust domain. Pick the integration point that fits each service — from listen-only analytics to AI on every subscriber.

How it connects

A routing rule on the existing call controller sends AI-enabled numbers to the platform over a SIP trunk. It acts as a B2BUA and returns calls onward.

Network change

A routing rule and a SIP trunk — no HSS, S-CSCF or SBC change.

Services it enables

  • AI receptionist
  • Missed-call and after-hours AI
  • Speech-driven routing
  • AI outbound

Design principles

Built to respect the network you already run.

Integrating AI should not mean re-engineering your core. These rules shape every AI Edge deployment.

  • 01

Behind the SBC, never in front of it

Your SBC's header manipulation and interworking stay exactly as they are. AI Edge sits inside the IMS trust domain.

  • 02

Keep the iFC chain as it is

Start by reusing the application server your S-CSCF already invokes, rather than adding another one.

  • 03

Audio only where AI needs it

As a B2BUA, AI Edge anchors media only for the calls steered to it. Listen-only services can use a SIPREC fork instead.

  • 04

    Selective invocation

Only AI-enabled numbers, trunks or identities reach the platform — sizing and licensing follow that subset.

  • 05

    Header transparency

P-Asserted-Identity, P-Charging-Vector, History-Info and other IMS headers your charging and routing rely on are preserved.

  • 06

    Fail open

Route-advance or SESSION_CONTINUED means calls continue on the normal path if AI is unavailable. Emergency calls are never routed to AI.

Mass market

An AI agent for every mobile number.

Every subscriber gets an AI assistant that answers the calls they can't take, takes a message and texts them a summary — using the same diversion pattern as voicemail today.

  • Zero-touch agents

An agent is created from your template on a subscriber's first diverted call — millions of agents add storage, not operations.

  • Diversion, like voicemail

No-answer, busy and not-reachable diversions point to an AI number instead of voicemail. Voicemail stays as the fallback route.

  • Summaries by SMS

Callers' name, reason and urgency go to the subscriber by SMS through your SMSC, and into an operator-branded portal.

  • Sized by diverted calls

Capacity follows AI-handled calls, not your subscriber base — a small fraction of total traffic.

Network intelligence

Smarter sessions, in real time.

  • Intent-aware routing

Decide where each session should go based on intent, risk, quality, subscriber profile or service policy.

  • Real-time fraud and spam detection

Spot robocalls, spoofing and abnormal signalling as sessions are set up — not after the damage is done.

  • Quality protection

Predict congestion and failed set-ups, and adjust routing, codecs or prioritisation to maintain service quality.

  • Automated resilience

Identify abnormal session failures early and trigger remediation with fewer manual interventions.

Sovereign by design

Your network, your data, your rules.

  • Deploy where your data must stay

Run inference at the network edge, on-premise, in private cloud or in a sovereign region of your choice.

  • Data minimisation by default

Store summaries rather than audio where possible, with retention set by your policy.

  • Carrier-grade availability

N+1 instances across sites and availability zones, reached through DNS SRV for fail-over and load sharing.

  • Transparent AI

Agents always tell callers they are speaking to an AI assistant, in line with EU AI Act transparency obligations.

A low-risk path

From first insight to network-wide AI, one step at a time.

  • Deep telecom expertise across signalling, IMS and carrier operations
  • Network configuration only — no development on the operator's side
  • Flexible commercial models: licensing, usage-based, white-label and revenue share
